Who are CNC Solutions?

CNC Solutions is a trading name of Bearded Man Ireland LTD. It was created to extend our workshop capabilities to other designers, makers, students and companies. We love working on unique projects - get in touch and we can work together.

What materials can you work with?

We can work across a very large selection of materials. We stock a variety of sheet materials (plywood, MDF, MR MDF, DiBond, Perspex) for use in our CNC and Laser. Generally if it is not something we currently stock we can source it, we have worked for many years to build strong relationships with our suppliers most of whom supply to us weekly.

I have a design ready to go - what’s the next step?

Send over your files along with any other details of your project. We will prepare a quote and a timeline for you. Once you are happy to proceed an invoice will be raised for payment and we will proceed with your order.

I have an idea but I do not have a design?

Fear not - we can help! Reach out and give us as much detail as possible. We will discuss as a team and get back to you and we can get the ball rolling.

How much does it cost?

The burning question and often a hard one to answer. All our work is based of time, we will be able to give a rough quote off the bat. Once we can a design and material selection complete we can give an accurate quote. There are many factors which affect pricing - we can discuss your requirements to ensure you get the most cost effective solution.

Do I need to collect? Can you deliver?

We can offer both collection and delivery on all orders. Small packages go with our courier while pallets leave with our logistics partner. They both collect from use weekly - it is generally a 2 day service across the island of Ireland.

For urgent or fragile orders we also offer timed delivery in our own vans. You send us a location and a time - we will be there. There is an extra cost associated with our own van service. Collection/Courier/Pallet is a more cost effective option if timing isn’t essential/

I want a full design, fabrication and install service?

That’s where our parent company comes in! We have been working on design-build-install projects since 2019 and can ensure to exceed expectations while keeping costs in check.
